These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SpinFox website and platform (the "Service"), operated by Healthy Rocket LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Free-to-play social casino

SpinFox is a free-to-play social casino intended purely for entertainment. All games are played with virtual Gold Coins that have no real-world monetary value. Gold Coins cannot be exchanged, redeemed, withdrawn, cashed out, or won as prizes. SpinFox does not offer real-money gambling, betting, or wagering of any kind, and is not a gambling service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where social gaming is permitted to use the Service. The Service is intended for an adult audience and is void where prohibited.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. One account per person.

4. Acceptable use

5. Virtual Gold Coins

Gold Coins are a licensed virtual item, not your property, and have no cash value. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them within the Service. Any optional purchase of Gold Coins is solely for entertainment, unlocks no prize, and does not increase any chance of a reward. We may modify, manage, or remove virtual items at any time.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthy Rocket LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
