These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", the "User") and Healthy Rocket LLC ("SpinFox", the "Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Wyoming, United States with a registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste 9725, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. They govern your access to and use of the SpinFox website, games and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Responsible Play Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. About SpinFox — free-to-play social casino

SpinFox is a 100% free-to-play social casino offered solely for entertainment and amusement. The Service is not gambling, a gambling service, a sweepstakes, a lottery, or a betting platform. There is no real-money wagering, no prizes, no sweepstakes, and no second currency. Outcomes have no monetary consequence. Nothing on the Service can be won, redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash, goods, services, or anything of value.

2. Definitions

• "Gold Coins" — the single virtual, on-screen play currency used within the Service. Gold Coins have no real-world or monetary value and exist only to let you play the games.
• "Account" — the personal profile you register to access the Service.
• "Payment Provider" — any third-party financial institution, payment processor or similar entity authorized by the Company to process optional Gold Coin purchases.
• "Content" — all software, games, graphics, text, logos and other materials made available through the Service.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age and of legal age in your jurisdiction.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where social gaming is permitted. The Service is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• We may use age, identity and location verification measures and may request confirmation at any time. We may refuse, suspend, or close any Account that does not meet these requirements.

4. Your account

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your Account. One Account per person; multiple or duplicate accounts may be closed. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@spinfox.net.

5. Virtual Gold Coins

• Gold Coins are licensed to you, not sold, and remain our property. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use Gold Coins within the Service for entertainment.
• Gold Coins have no monetary value and are not your property, money, credit, or e-money. They cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, cashed out, transferred, sold, exchanged, or refunded for cash, goods, services, prizes, or anything of value.
• We may, at any time, manage, regulate, modify, or remove Gold Coins and adjust balances or game mechanics. Gold Coins may expire on Account closure.

6. Optional purchases and billing

• The Service is free to play. You may, at your option, purchase additional Gold Coins solely for entertainment. Purchases do not unlock any prize, reward, sweepstakes entry, withdrawal, or cash value, and do not increase any chance of winning anything of value.
• All payments are handled by our Payment Provider. Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may include applicable taxes. You authorize us and our Payment Provider to charge your selected payment method.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• You represent and warrant that any funds used are from lawful sources and that you are authorized to use the payment method. A chargeback, payment reversal, or suspected fraud may result in immediate suspension or closure of your Account and removal of Gold Coins.

7. Promotions, bonuses and free Gold Coins

We may offer free Gold Coins through features such as a welcome bonus, daily login bonus, wheel, and promotions. These are provided for entertainment only, carry no monetary value, and are subject to these Terms and any specific promo rules. We may add, change, or withdraw any promotion at any time.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Do not use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not create multiple accounts, collude, or abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Do not attempt to access non-public areas, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not resell, transfer, or commercialize Gold Coins or any part of the Service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or close your Account and remove Gold Coins at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or legal reasons. You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Closure does not entitle you to any payment, as Gold Coins have no monetary value.

10. Intellectual property

The Service and all Content are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the Service. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

11. Third-party services and links

The Service may rely on third-party providers (such as hosting, analytics, and the Payment Provider) and may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

15. Dispute resolution and arbitration

Most concerns can be resolved by contacting us first. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration on a non-class basis, and you and the Company waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Miscellaneous

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
